Time of Discharge. Both the Employer and the Employees will approach the disciplinary process in a professional and respectful manner. No Employee shall be discharged for just cause on a scheduled day off or while on vacation.

Time of Discharge. Except as provided in Section 7.02, no employee shall be discharged on his/her day off or while on vacation or leave of absence. 6.04.
