Common use of TIME OF COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF COMPLETION. Contractor agrees to complete all work as described in this Contract within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the Owner’s Notice to Proceed free of all liens, claims and demands of any kind for materials, equipment, supplies, services, labor, taxes and damages to property or persons, in the manner and under the conditions specified within the time or times specified in this Contract.

TIME OF COMPLETION. Contractor agrees to complete all work as described in this Contract within one three hundred twenty sixty-five (120365) calendar days from the date of the Owner’s Notice to Proceed free of all liens, claims and demands of any kind for materials, equipment, supplies, services, labor, taxes and damages to property or persons, in the manner and under the conditions specified within the time or times specified in this Contract.

TIME OF COMPLETION. Contractor agrees to complete all work as described in this Contract within one hundred twenty Two Hundred (120200) calendar days from the date of the Owner’s Notice to Proceed free of all liens, claims and demands of any kind for materials, equipment, supplies, services, labor, taxes and damages to property or persons, in the manner and under the conditions specified within the time or times specified in this Contract.
