Time of Collection. Customers are required to place Landscape Waste/Food Scrap containers at street-side by 6:00 a.m. on the designated day for collection. All Landscape Waste/Food Scrap shall be collected from each Customer by 7:00 p.m. on each designated day of collection, except as otherwise agreed between the Township and the Contractor, between April 1 and November 30 of each calendar year. The Contractor shall collect Landscape Waste/Food Scrap on the same day as the Contractor collects Residential Waste from the Customer.

All Residential Waste shall be collected from each Customer by 7:00 p.m. on the designated day of collection, except as otherwise agreed between the Township and the Contractor.
Time of Collection. Collection of residential refuse shall not start before 7:00 A.M. and may not continue after 7:00 P.M. Exception to collection hours shall be effected only upon mutual agreement of the CITY and the CONTRACTOR, or when the CONTRACTOR reasonably determines that an exception is necessary in order to complete collection on an existing collection route due to unusual circumstances.
Time of Collection. In no event, however, will collection service begin before 7:00 A.M. or after 7:00 P.M. where service is adjacent to residential units.

The time of collection shall vary from Locality to Locality and is solely agreed between the Local Council and the Waste Carrier; however it is not permissible to initiate such collection before 7.00 hours am or after 24.00 hours. When Cheshire IT Consultancy T/A Weeecycle IT arrives at the customer’s premises to perform any part of the service, the customer shall ensure that the equipment is ready and available at the agreed time of collection by both parties. Cheshire IT Consultancy T/A Weeecycle IT shall not be under any obligation to carry out any service nor be liable to the customer where the customer is in breach of this condition, but nevertheless Cheshire IT Consultancy T/A Weeecycle IT reserves the right to make a wasted service charge. WeeeCycle IT also reserves the right to charge for any failed collection caused by circumstances outside the control of Cheshire IT Consultancy T/A Weeecycle IT.
Time of Collection. The CONTRACTOR shall collect the landscape waste material placed at the curbside or ditch line for collection once per week. The CONTRACTOR will maintain a collection schedule that begins no earlier than 6:00 A.M. and is completed no later than 5:00 P.M. This specialized collection will take place beginning April 15th until November 30 of each year. The annual leaf collection program, as described in Section 3.9 of this agreement, will commence in mid-October and continue through the end of November each year.
Time of Collection. CONTRACTOR shall collect the recyclable material placed at the curbside or ditch-line for collection once a week. Collection will be the same day of the week as regular waste collection service. The CONTRACTOR will maintain a collection schedule that begins no earlier than 6:00 A.M. and is completed no later than 5:00 P.M. Furthermore, it is understood and agreed by and between both parties hereto, that the CONTRACTOR hereunder shall not be obligated to make collections on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays celebrated on a weekday. Service will then be rendered on the day after the regular day of service.
