Common use of Time of Closing Clause in Contracts

Time of Closing. The Closing of the transactions contemplated herein shall be completed at the offices of Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce LLP, Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce Place, Suite 800, 000 Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on the Closing Date.

Time of Closing. 11.1 The Closing of the transactions contemplated herein shall will be completed at the offices of Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce XxXxxxxx LLP, Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce PlaceSuite 1500, Suite 800, 000 Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx1055 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, X0X 0X0, at 10:00 a.m. (ESTVancouver time) on the Closing Date, or at such other time and place as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties hereto.

The Closing of the transactions contemplated herein shall be completed via electronic exchange or at the offices of Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP, Xxxxxxxxx Dellelce PlaceSuite 0000, Suite 8000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, 000 Xxx XxxxxxXxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx at 10:00 a.m. (ESTToronto time) on the Closing Date.

Closing of the transactions contemplated herein can be facilitated through electronic communication and document transmission and the physical presence of the Parties’ representatives is not required for the Closing of any such transaction unless necessary.
