Common use of Time of Answers Clause in Contracts

Time of Answers. 58 A written answer will be given to the Union by the District Supervisor and the Administrative Head within seven (7) working days from the date of the meeting at which the grievance was discussed. The Employer's representative will have ten (10) working days after the third step meeting to submit a written answer to the Union.
