Common use of Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Time Limits. For the purposes of this Article, periods of time referred to in days shall be deemed such periods of time calculated on consecutive calendar days exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Named Holidays which are specified in Article 18 Named Holidays.
