TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE OF THIS CONTRACT. The Contractor shall be prepared to provide the professional services in the most expedient and efficient manner possible in order to complete the work by the times specified. Promptly after the execution of this Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit for the City to approve in writing, a detailed schedule for the performance of the Contractor’s services to meet the City’s project milestone dates which are included in this Contract. The Contractor’s schedule shall include allowances for periods of time required for the City’s review and for approval of submissions by authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The time limits established by this schedule over which Contractor has control shall not be exceeded without written approval from the City.
