TIME IN TRANSIT. Section 26.1. Employees who are required to report to a work location other than that to which he/she is regularly assigned and employees attending mandatory workshops or seminars shall be paid for time in transit, which shall include time other than normal work hours if the employee is traveling by motor vehicle.

  • Sale or License of Custom Products Involving Tax Exempt Financing (i.e., Certificates of Participation - COPS) The Authorized User’s sale or other transfer of Custom Products which were acquired by the Authorized User using third party, tax-exempt financing may not occur until such Custom Products are, or become, useable.   • REPAIRED OR REPLACED PRODUCTS, PARTS, OR COMPONENTS Where the Contractor is required to repair, replace or substitute Product or parts or components of the Product under the Contract, the repaired, replaced or substituted Products shall be subject to all terms and conditions for new parts and components set forth in the Contract including warranties, as set forth in the Warranties clause herein. Replaced or repaired Product or parts and components of such Product shall be new and shall, if available, be replaced by the original manufacturer’s component or part. Remanufactured parts or components meeting new Product standards may be permitted by the Commissioner or Authorized User.
