Common use of Time for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Time for Compliance. Consultant shall not commence Services under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to LAFCO that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Consultant shall not allow any subconsultant to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to LAFCO that the subconsultant has secured all insurance required under this section.

Time for Compliance. Consultant shall not commence the Services under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to LAFCO WRCOG that it has secured all insurance required under this section, in a form and with insurance companies acceptable to WRCOG. In addition, Consultant shall not allow any subconsultant sub-contractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to LAFCO WRCOG that the subconsultant sub- contractor has secured all insurance required under this section.
