Common use of Time for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Time for Compliance. Contractor shall not commence Work under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section.

Time for Compliance. Contractor shall not commence Work under this Agreement Contract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City District that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City District that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section. Failure to provide and maintain all required insurance shall be grounds for the District to terminate this Contract for cause.

In addition, Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City Town that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section.

Contractor shall provide immediate written notice if: (i) any of the required insurance policies is terminated; (ii) the limits of any of the required policies are reduced; or (iii) the deductible or self-insured retention is increased.

Contractor shall, at its expense, procure and maintain for the duration of the Agreement insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the Agreement by the Contractor, its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. Contractor shall not commence Work work under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section.

In addition, Contractor shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection. All coverages required by this Section 17 shall meet the requirements of Section 17.4.

Time for Compliance. Contractor shall not commence Work under this Agreement Contract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City CITY that it has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection. In addition, Contractor shall require and verify that all subContractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor subContractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City CITY that the subcontractor subContractor has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection.
