Common use of Time Extensions Clause in Contracts

Time Extensions. (1) In the event the COUNTY requires additional time beyond that allocated herein to act upon a submission by the DEVELOPER of complete and correct documents for review and/or approval, there shall be an automatic extension of the time periods set forth in this DA for the Required Roadway Improvements for the documented number of days which it takes the COUNTY beyond the days allowed for the COUNTY'S review and/or approval.
