TIME DURATION. 6.1 Ph.D. students should spend a minimum of one year 6 months to one year at the Partner Institute working under the supervision of their co-guide, and taking courses if required to do so by the DC.
TIME DURATION. The First Option Period shall commence on the date (the ------------- "First Option Period Initiation Date") that is the later of (i) the date of this Agreement, and (ii) the delivery at AIS of 10 manually operated CPS devices (including all necessary Disposables) and shall extend until the latter of (i) the date that is six months thereafter, and (ii) the date that is three business days after ABI installs at AIS the Automated CPS Package, unless RPR otherwise elects to initiate the Second Option Period prior to the above dates.
