Common use of Time Devoted Clause in Contracts

Time Devoted. Throughout the Term, the Employee shall devote substantially all of the Employee's time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Employee's senior executive position with the Company, except for vacations (as provided herein) and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the Agreement shall preclude the Employee from engaging in personal business including as a member of the board of directors of related companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Employee's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
