Common use of Time Devoted Clause in Contracts

Time Devoted. Throughout the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall devote substantially all of the Executive's business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Executive's senior executive position with the Company, except for reasonable vacations and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the Agreement shall preclude the Executive from engaging in personal business including as a member of the board of directors of related companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Time Devoted. Throughout the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall devote substantially all of the Executive's business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Executive's senior executive position with the Company, except for reasonable vacations and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the Agreement shall preclude the Executive from engaging in personal business business, including as a member of the board of directors of related companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Throughout the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall devote substantially all a reasonable amount of the Executive's business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company consistent with the Executive's senior executive position with the Company, except for reasonable vacations and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the this Agreement shall preclude the Executive from engaging in personal business including and/or serving as a member of the board of directors of related other companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Executive's duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Throughout the term of the Agreement, the Executive shall devote substantially all a majority of the Executive's ’s business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company Corporation consistent with the Executive's ’s senior executive position with the CompanyCorporation, except for reasonable vacations and except for illness or incapacity, but nothing in the Agreement shall preclude the Executive from engaging in personal a business other than the Business of the Corporation which do not compete with the Corporation, including as a member of the board Board of directors Directors of related affiliated companies, charitable and community affairs, provided that such activities do not interfere with the regular performance of the Executive's ’s duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
