Common use of Time Commitment Clause in Contracts

Time Commitment. Employee will devote Employee's time, attention and energies to the performance of Employee Services. Employee may not be associated with, consult, advise, work for, be employed by, contract with, or otherwise devote any of the Employee's time to the pursuit of any other work or business activities which may interfere with the performance of services hereunder.
