TIME AND WAGES RECORDS. The Employer will keep and have available a complete record of all Employeeshours of work, annual leave, personal leave, long service leave and other entitlements in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996. Such record will be open to inspection to Employees as the records pertain to the Employee and authorised Officer/s in accordance with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996.

TIME AND WAGES RECORDS. 2.3.1 The Employer shall keep and have available a complete file of Time and Wages records for all Employees who are or were employed during the period specified in the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (i.e. 7 years).
