Time and Wages Record. (1) (a) The employer shall keep or cause to be kept, a record or records containing the following particulars:

Time and Wages Record. 11.1.1 An employer must keep, at the place of work in Queensland, a time and wages record that contains the following particulars for each pay period for each employee, including apprentices and trainees:

The Employer is required to keep time and wages records showing the name of each employee, the hours worked each day, and the wages overtime and allowances (if any) paid each week.
