TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. 15.01 A part-time employee is one who is hired to work regularly eighty (80) per cent or less of the work week provided in Article 10 of this Agreement.
TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. The collective agreement applies to regular part-time, part-time or temporary employees unless the clause is amended by or coverage is excluded by this Appendix. TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. No persons, those covered by collective agreement shall be allowed to perform work normally done by bargaining unit employees. except for the purpose of Instructing or training employees. No work be contracted out, and no temporary, part-time or student help will be retained in employment which would result in the lay-off of employees or would result in full-time employees working fewer than their normal hours of work per day or per week, or while full-time employees are off, or be laid off as a result thereof; provided that such full-time employees make themselves available for any such work. The Employer shall not hire temporary employees, part employees or students to replace full-time employees, to prevent the hiring full- time employees or prevent the recall of full-time employees on lay-off. However, none of the above provisions shall prevent the Employer from employing such temporary, part-time or student help as required to fill vacancies due to vacation or leave of absence. The terms and conditions of employment covering students, part-time and temporary employees shall be set out In Schedule of this agreement. Whenever there a conflict between full-time and part-time provisions of agreement, part-time employees shall be governed by the provisions Contained in Schedule In all matters dealing with seniority rights contained in this Collective Agreement, full-time bargaining unit seniority shall supercede part-time bargaining unit seniority rights.

TIME AND TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. Customers of the Employer shall not be permitted to come into the Warehouse and assemble orders. No outside drivers shall be allowed to do any work in the Warehouse or on a dock except in an area reasonably required for the sorting of pallets, as designated by the Employer and the Local Union at each Warehouse.
