Time and Place of Completion. Tranche A Completion will take place at 11a.m. on the Tranche A Completion Date at the office of the Company at 0xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxx 0, Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, PRC or at any other time and place as otherwise agreed upon by the Company and the Subscriber.
