Common use of Time and Place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at the offices of the Company at 10:00 A.M. on the date this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The date of the Closing is herein referred to as the "Closing Date."

Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "“Closing"”) shall will take place as of the close of business on 31 March 2006 (or, if the conditions to the closing contained in this Agreement have not been satisfied or waived by such date, then three business days after the satisfaction or waiver of the last such condition) (the “Closing Date”), at the offices of the Company Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, or at 10:00 A.M. on the date this Agreement is executed and delivered by such other place or time as the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "“Closing"”) shall take place at will occur on a date to be mutually agreed upon in writing by Purchaser and Seller, within three (3) business days after the offices receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and expiration of all applicable statutory waiting periods. The effective time (the Company at 10:00 A.M. “Effective Time”) will be 11:59 p.m., local time, on the date this Agreement is executed day on which the Closing occurs (the “Closing Date”). The Closing will be held at such time and delivered by location as the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The date of on which the Closing occurs is herein referred to as the "“Closing Date” and the Closing shall be deemed to have occurred as of the close of business on the Closing Date."

Xxxx & Xxxxx Professional Corporation on the date this Agreement is executed hereof (the “Closing Date”) at 10:00 a.m., it being understood and delivered by the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be effective as of the close of business (the "Effective Time") on Closing Date."

The date of on which the Closing occurs is herein referred to as the "Closing Date" and the Closing shall be deemed to have occurred as of the close of business on the Closing Date."

Time and Place of Closing. The closing (“Closing”) of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (shall occur upon the "Closing") exchange of the stock of the Company and ANS as described in Section 1.1 herein. Such Closing shall take place on March 2, 2010 (the “Closing Date”), at the offices corporate office of the Company at 10:00 A.M. on the date this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto or on such other date as is mutually agreeable to Purchaser and the Company. The date of the Closing is herein referred to as the "Closing Date."

Time and Place of Closing. Time and Place of Closing. The closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") ), including the Merger, shall take place at the offices of the Company at 10:00 A.M.
