Time and Material. Where the time and material price method is selected by Owner, Contractor shall perform such authorized extra Work for the sum of:
Time and Material. Work performed on a time and material basis includes the contracted amount per Individual Labor Hour, any and all equipment fees, plus any Materials supplied by CTL for use on Client’s property. This may include, but is not limited to, the travel to and from the Work site, time spent preparing prior to the Work, time spent cleaning and organizing after the Work is performed, and debris disposal.
Time and Material. If Owner and Contractor are unable to agree on the basis of pricing a Change Order pursuant to Sections 19.4.1 or 19.4.2 above, then Contractor shall be paid on a time and material basis in accordance with Section 19.4.4, provided that: (1) such costs are reasonably and properly incurred by Contractor; (2) such costs are documented as required in this Section 19.4.3; (3) such costs would not have been incurred but for the change in the Work; and, for those Requests for Change Orders under Section 19.3, (4) Contractor is entitled to relief for such Request for Change Order in accordance with the terms of this Contract. To be considered eligible for reimbursement, Contractor shall strictly comply with the following requirements:
Time and Material. Should the Owner or Construction Manager elect to have any extra Work performed on a time-and- material basis in lieu of Lump Sum Proposal or Unit Prices, and so notifies the Contractor in writing, the Contractor shall perform such Work at actual cost (without any charge for administration, clerical expense, supervision or superintendence of any nature whatever, including foremen, or the cost, use or rental of tools or plant) plus a maximum of 15% for overhead and profit. To this figure the Contractor may add Unemployment Insurance and Social Security taxes paid on labor required for the extra Work. Moreover, if the Contractor procures the performance of extra Work by others rather than its own employees, the Contractor shall not be entitled to greater payment than that to which it would have been entitled if it had itself furnished the labor and materials required in connection with the Work to be performed under this provision. The Contractor will submit to the Owner and Construction Manager daily time and material tickets. The time and materials tickets shall not be valid and Contractor shall not be entitled to payment for any such tickets unless they are signed by an authorized representative of the Owner or Construction Manager. These tickets will include the identification number assigned to this Work, the location and description of the Work, the classification of labor employed including workers' names and social security numbers, the material used, the equipment rented (not tools) and any other information ordered by the Owner and/or Construction Manager. All markup for overhead and profit under (a) (b) and (c) above shall be inclusive of any and all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, all overhead of whatever kind or nature, and all supervision, management, administration, estimating or other costs.
Time and Material. For Professional Services provided on a time and material basis, Customer agrees to pay for time and material Professional Services rendered up to and through the effective date of cancellation.
Time and Material. (b) The Contractor agrees that issuance of a task order in accordance with any of the procedures set forth in this clause is deemed to have provided the Contractor a “fair opportunity to be considered” as that phrase is used in Section 303J(b) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended.

Time and Material. A time-and-materials contract provides for acquiring supplies or services on the basis of direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rates that include wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses, and profit; and actual cost for materials. A time-and-materials contract may be used only when it is not possible at the time of placing the contract to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence. Time and Material task orders do not apply to the small business reserve IDIQ awards.
Time and Material. 3.1 C Consultant’s compensation for Services shall be hourly at the rates set forth in Exhibit B. Consultant shall also be entitled to compensation for Reimbursable Expenses as set forth and identified in Exhibit B.
