Common use of Time and Effort Clause in Contracts

Time and Effort. Executive shall devote Executive’s full professional time and attention to the performance of Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Executive’s ability, experience and talent perform all of Executive’s obligations hereunder. So long as this Agreement is in effect, Executive shall not be employed or engaged by any other person or firm other than the Company unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Board.

Time and Effort. During the Term of this Agreement and during any employment after the Term of this Agreement, the Executive shall devote Executive’s full professional time substantially all of his working time, energy, skill and attention best efforts to the performance of Executive’s obligations under his duties hereunder in a manner that will faithfully and diligently further the business and interests of the Company. During the Term of this Agreement and during any employment after the Term of this Agreement, and shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Executive’s ability, experience and talent perform all of Executive’s obligations hereunder. So long as this Agreement is in effect, Executive shall not be employed work for or engaged by provide services to any other person or firm other than the Company unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Boardentity.

During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity that competes with the business of the Company or engage in any other activities that conflict or interfere with Executive’s obligations under this Agreement, and shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the best of Executive’s ability, experience and talent perform all of Executive’s obligations hereunder. So long as this Agreement is in effect, Executive shall not be employed or engaged by any other person or firm other than the Company unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Board.
