Time and Attention. 3.01 During the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall devote significant time and attention, whether through (at the Consultant's discretion) employees, officers, agents or sub-contractors, to the performance of the Consulting Services, as is deemed necessary by the parties in the circumstances from time to time.
