Tile. Seller will replace damaged, cracked or defective tile only if agreed upon in writing at time of final walk-through. Cracking in grout is normal and repair is Buyer’s maintenance responsibility.

Tile. Certain tiles have a color variance from tile to tile.
Tile. New ceramic tile or non-slip commercial vinyl sheet flooring in the break room, drug testing room, reception/lobby and restroom areas shall be installed prior to acceptance of the building, unless the Department accepts the flooring as is, in writing. All tile or vinyl shall be of a color and made by a manufacturer acceptable to the Department, which will choose from an assortment of at least three (3) samples provided by the Lessor. Ceramic tile and vinyl will be replaced as needed due to normal wear.
Tile. See Tile Addendum attached to this contract. Please note the inclusions of what is charged against this allowance. Paint: One color (ceilings, walls and trim) and paint type through-out agreed spaces, if not otherwise noted in the paint section of this contract. When painting over existing, previously painted surfaces contractor is only responsible for application of new paint and cannot guarantee the bonding or prep work of existing paint. Job Signs: Contractor reserves the right to post one or more company signs on site, once Contract has been signed.
