Tiers of Service. I acknowledge that the HSD Service is offered on a tiered basis and that each tier has "throughput" limits (i.e., limits on the maximum rate at which I may send and receive data at any time), "consumption" limits (i.e., limits on the amount of data that I may send or receive during the course of a month or over shorter periods) and other similar limits, all as set forth in the price list or the Acceptable Use Policy. I agree that Connections or ISP may change the throughput, consumption and other applicable limits of any tier(s) by amending the price list or Acceptable Use Policy. My continued use of the HSD Service will constitute my acceptance of any new limits. I also agree that Connections may use technical means, including but not limited to suspending or reducing the speed of my service, to ensure compliance with these limits and the Acceptable Use Policy, and that Connections or ISP may suggest that I move to a higher tier of HSD service (which may result in higher monthly charges) or impose other charges and fees if my use exceeds these limits. I further agree that Connections and ISP have the right to monitor my usage patterns to facilitate the provision of the HSD Service and to ensure my compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Connections or ISP may take such steps as it determines appropriate in the event my usage of the HSD Service does not comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, including applicable consumption limits.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor. The level of service is based on the nature and extent of Job Retention activities the Contractor is expected to provide to enable the Customer to learn essential job functions and retain their job for ninety (90) continuous calendar days after Job Retention services are authorized and started.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • Years of Service (i) A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Consultant shall complete the Services on or before December 31, 2019 (the “Deadline”), unless the Authority agrees to extend the Deadline for good reason; provided, however, that the Authority may terminate this Contract at any time in accordance with Section 14.   • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

Company shall at all times during the term hereof maintain a sufficient number of properly trained personnel to ensure that all customers of Company receive prompt and courteous service at all times, and all such personnel, while on or about the Premises, shall be polite, clean, appropriately attired and neat in appearance. Employees of Company shall wear appropriate identification badges, subject to the approval of the Chief Executive Officer, and employees performing similar jobs shall wear similar uniforms, which shall be clean and pressed.

  • Instruments of Service Instruments of Service are representations, in any medium of expression now known or later developed, of the tangible and intangible creative work performed by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants under their respective professional services agreements. Instruments of Service may include, without limitation, studies, surveys, models, sketches, drawings, specifications, and other similar materials.
