TIDE WATERS. If the Property abuts the tidally influenced waters of the xxxxx, §00.000, Xxxxx Natural Resources Code, requires a notice regarding coastal area property to be included in the contract. An addendum containing the notice promulgated by TREC or required by the parties must be used.

TIDE WATERS. Except as may be indicated by a description of the Property and/or in the Title Commitment or Title Report or Abstract of Title, Seller has no current actual knowledge that the Property is abuts the tidally influenced waters of the State of Texas. In this regard, however, Seller hereby notifies Buyer pursuant to Section 33.135 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as follows:
