Common use of Three Year Term Clause in Contracts

Three Year Term. If on the WSA Form, the Customer has selected a “Three-Year Term” option for any service option(s), then with respect to such option(s): (i) the Initial Term shall be three years, commencing on the Effective Date, (ii) the Customer shall pay the Company the applicable Three-Year Storage Charge(s) (as set forth in the WSA Form) owed for the Initial Term upon execution of this Agreement, and (iii) unless earlier terminated as provided herein, upon the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional Renewal Term of three years on these Terms and Conditions; provided, however, that the applicable Three-Year Storage Charge(s) shall be adjusted to the Company’s then-current applicable Three-Year Storage Charge(s) for new customers.
