Those Bargaining. Unit members employed prior to July 1, 1977, meeting the age and service or disability requirements specified above, with twenty-five or more continuous years of full-time service with the University immediately preceding retirement, at the time of retirement from active service, may elect to be paid in cash for one-half of the value of unused accrued sick leave credit up to a maximum of sixty days. Any Bargaining Unit member who meets the age and service requirements above, with three hundred (300) or more days accrued as of December 31, 1989, shall automatically access this benefit upon retirement.

Those Bargaining. Unit Members interested in the position shall be required to notify the District in writing. From among those who notify the District, selection shall be based upon seniority within the applicable job category (i.e., driver or aide), with selection beginning with the most senior and continuing in order of descending seniority, unless the District can demonstrate that it is in the best interest of the District to offer the new route or assignment or vacancy to any other driver of an existing package based on factors similar to those listed in paragraph A above.

  • Bargaining unit members shall earn their salary at the Equalized Daily rate. A bargaining unit member’s Equalized Daily Rate of Pay shall be calculated based upon dividing the annual salary by the number of paid days in the bargaining unit member’s work calendar. Upon termination, bargaining unit members shall be paid through their last day worked at the Equalized Daily rate.

  • Single Bargaining Unit The parties to this Agreement, along with all those employees whose employment is governed by this Agreement, constitute a single bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating and implementing the terms of this Agreement.
