Common use of This Agreement Clause in Contracts

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile fax signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent Agents (or their counsel) shall have received counterparts from each party hereto either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed by each on behalf of the parties hereto such party or (or receipt by ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent from Agents (which may include a party hereto copy transmitted by facsimile or other electronic transmission of a facsimile signature page signed by counterpart of this Agreement) that such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof)has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile telecopy signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Agreement Amendment signed by each of the parties hereto (or receipt by the Administrative Agent from a party hereto of a facsimile signature page signed by such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof).

This Agreement. The Administrative Agent (or its counsel) shall have received counterparts from each party hereto (including each Material Subsidiary party to a Subsidiary Guarantee) either (i) a counterpart of this Agreement signed by each on behalf of the parties hereto such party or (or receipt by ii) written evidence satisfactory to the Administrative Agent from a party hereto (which may include telecopy or other electronic transmission of a facsimile signed signature page signed by of this Agreement) that such party which shall have agreed to promptly provide the Administrative Agent with originally executed counterparts hereof)has signed a counterpart of this Agreement.
