Common use of This Agreement is Not Exclusive Clause in Contracts

This Agreement is Not Exclusive. This Agreement does not supersede any other agreement to which the Executive may be party with the Corporation relating to noncompetition, nondisclosure, or the other matters referred to in this Agreement, whether those noncompetition, nondisclosure, or other provisions are contained in an employment agreement, a severance agreement, a salary continuation agreement, or any other agreement. This Agreement is in addition to any such other agreement(s). In case of conflict between this Agreement, on one hand, and any such other agreement(s), on the other, the Corporation shall have sole and exclusive authority to determine whether this Agreement or such other agreement(s) shall govern in the particular case and whether to enforce its rights under this Agreement, under such other agreement(s), or under both.
