This Agreement is Not Exclusive. This Agreement does not supersede any other agreement to which Executive may be party with PremierWest relating to noncompetition, nondisclosure, or the other matters referred to in this Agreement, whether those noncompetition, nondisclosure, or other provisions are contained in an employment agreement, a severance agreement, a salary continuation agreement, or any other agreement. This Agreement is in addition to any such other agreement(s). In case of conflict between this Agreement, on one hand, and any such other agreement(s), on the other, the agreement that was executed last shall govern.
