The terms of this Agreement and any subsequent amendments are confidential and may not be disclosed by the Service Provider or the Company other than in a non-personalised form to any other person or company, other than for the purpose of obtaining professional legal or accounting advice, or as may be required by law or any Stock Exchange listing or reporting requirements, without the written approval of both parties.
