Thirty Years’ Service Sample Clauses

Thirty Years’ Service a) Employees with thirty (30) years or more continuous service shall receive seven (7) weeks vacation with vacation pay based on the greater of fifteen percent (15%) of the wages or salary earned during the period of entitlement, or two hundred and eighty (280) hours at the hourly rate of the employee’s regular job.
