Third Shift Premium. An employee assigned to work on a shift beginning 3 between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 4:59 a.m. will be paid a shift premium of fifteen (15) percent of 4 the employee’s base hourly rate of pay. An employee who is regularly assigned to the third shift will 5 have all compensable time paid at the higher rate of pay.
Third Shift Premium. All employees covered by this Agreement assigned or who have posted and are working on the third shift (graveyard) shall work seven and one- half hours for which they will receive eight hours pay and in addition, a ninety cents (90¢) per hour premium shall be paid for all hours paid.
Third Shift Premium. Employees who work on the third shift shall receive in addition to their regular pay for the pay period, $.55 per hour.
Third Shift Premium. A work shift starting at 11:00 pm shall be considered third shift (11:00 pm – 7:30 am). An Employee working on the third shift shall receive a third shift premium of seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour. If a third shift Employee works the second shift, or a day shift, rather than their normal third shift during a school vacation period during the regular school year or at the direction of the Employer, they nevertheless shall receive their third shift premium for their hours worked during such period.
