Third Place. The Corporation Member or the guest of a Corporation Member who places third shall cause the Corporation Member to be responsible for children’s games following the Turtle Race during the following year.

Third Place. By signing below you understand that the THIRD PLACE WINNER is the individual who loses the greatest amount of inches, who is not the first or second place winner. The THIRD PLACE winner will receive the fees acquired through missed weigh-ins, pounds gained and forfeited member deposits. Based on the number of registrations, the number of missed xxxxx-ins and the pounds members may gain, the prize for THIRD PLACE may exceed the amount awarded for SECOND PLACE. Cancellations: We, Xxxxxx X’Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, reserve the right to cancel or change weigh-in times due to illness or inclement weather conditions. All efforts will be made to make alternate arrangements but in the event that no other arrangements can be made, a notice will be posted on the Facebook group as soon as possible. In the event of poor weather, please refer to the Facebook page on Saturday evenings before coming in for your weigh in. In the event of total cancellation of a scheduled weigh-in, a “Missed Weigh-in Fee” will not be deducted from your deposit.

Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • Purchase and Sale Agreement The Participating Investors and the selling Key Holder agree that the terms and conditions of any Proposed Key Holder Transfer in accordance with Subsection 2.2 will be memorialized in, and governed by, a written purchase and sale agreement with the Prospective Transferee (the “Purchase and Sale Agreement”) with customary terms and provisions for such a transaction, and the Participating Investors and the selling Key Holder further covenant and agree to enter into such Purchase and Sale Agreement as a condition precedent to any sale or other transfer in accordance with this Subsection 2.2.
