Common use of Third Party Verification Clause in Contracts

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI Buyer and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project (from which power under this Agreement is being made available) free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to SECI and/or the third party in this regard.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NTPC and a third Party nominated by NTPC/MNRE or any Indian Governmental Instrumentality other concerned statutory agency for inspection and verification of the works being carried out out, operations/performance by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

The SPD shall provide full support to SECI and/or the third party in this regard.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 14.7.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI Nodal Railway and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality Nodal Railway for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and NTPC and/or a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality Instrumentality/NTPC for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI RUVNL and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to RUVNL and/or the third party in this regard.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI DVC and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to DVC and/or the third party in this regard.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI XXXX and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI Electricity Department Daman and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NTPC and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality NTPC/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 14.7.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI NR/Railway and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality NR/Railway for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI BBMB and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and NTPC and/ or a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality Instrumentality/NTPC for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI EDA&N and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI OFC, KANPUR and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality SECI/MNRE for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI HAL, Hyderabad and a third Party if nominated by HAL, Hyderabad or any Indian Governmental Instrumentality Govt. agency for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall bear the all the costs of Third Party verification.

Third Party Verification. 4.8.1 4.9.1 The SPD shall be further required to provide entry to the site of the Power Project (from which power under this Agreement is being made available) free of all encumbrances at all times during the Term of the Agreement to SECI UPPCL and a third Party nominated by any Indian Governmental Instrumentality for inspection and verification of the works being carried out by the SPD at the site of the Power Project. The SPD shall provide full support to UPPCL and/or the third party in this regard.
