THIRD-PARTY REVENUE. CONTRACTOR shall make every reasonable effort to obtain all available third-party reimbursement for which persons served pursuant to this Agreement may be eligible. Charges to insurance carriers shall be on the basis of Network Provider’s usual and customary of an inability to pay.
THIRD-PARTY REVENUE. 9.1 If, during the term of this License Agreement, IR grants a license to use the Licensed IP Rights in the Field of Use to any third party, IR shall pay to APA twenty-five percent (25%) of the Net Revenues received from such third party during the term of this License Agreement. As used in this Section, "Net Revenues" means all amounts received by IR in payment for such license less all costs incurred by IR in connection with such license (including without limitation all costs incurred in connection with the negotiation, implementation and administration of such license), as determined by IR in its sole discretion. Such payments shall be made to APA within thirty (30) days of IR's receipt of the corresponding payment from the third party.

Consistent with UW Medicine strategies and processes, UW Medicine shall maintain the Medical Center in contracts with significant government and commercial payers in the market. Consistent with the priorities of the Mission Statement, UW Medicine shall seek to establish and maintain Centers of Excellence or similar programs that enable the Medical Center to participate in favorable reimbursement programs.
