Common use of THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS Clause in Contracts

THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS. Customer acknowledges that the Transaction Services are designed for use with certain third party programs, including, without limitation, certain Internet browser and software programs developed and owned by third parties. Customer will look solely to the developers and manufacturers of such programs with regard to warranty, maintenance or other support regarding the same. CyberSource does not warrant and shall not be responsible for services or software provided by unaffiliated third party vendors. Customer authorises CyberSource to disclose to any third party vendor information concerning Customer to the extent required to deliver the requested service.
