Third Party Open Source Software. Portions of the App may include third party open source software that are subject to third party terms and conditions ("Third Party Terms"). A list of any third party open source software and related Third Party Terms is available by sending an email to request@consumer- xxxxxx.xxx. If there is a conflict between any Third Party Terms and the terms of this Agreement, then the Third Party Terms shall prevail but solely in connection with the related third party open source software. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Consumer Ledger makes no warranty or indemnity hereunder with respect to any third party open source software.
Third Party Open Source Software. Certain items of independent, third-party code may be included in the Laserfiche Software that are subject to open source licenses (“Open Source Software”). Such Open Source Software is licensed under the terms of the license that accompanies such Open Source Software. Nothing in this XXXX limits your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms and conditions of any applicable end user license for such Open Source Software.
Third Party Open Source Software. The Commercial Software may contain or be provided with third party open source libraries, components, utilities and other open source software (collectively, "Open Source Software"), which Open Source Software may have applicable license terms as identified on a website designated by Elastic or otherwise provided with the Commercial Software or Documentation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, use of the Open Source Software shall be subject to the license terms and conditions applicable to such Open Source Software, to the extent required by the applicable licensor (which terms shall not restrict the license rights granted to Customer hereunder, but may contain additional rights). To the extent any condition of this Agreement conflicts with any license to the Open Source Software, the Open Source Software license will govern with respect to such Open Source Software only.
Third Party Open Source Software. Portions of the Wallet may include third party open source software that is subject to third party terms and conditions (“Third Party Terms”). Third Party Open Source Software. Phreesia uses certain third-party software in its Products, including what is commonly referred to as Open Source Software. Under some of these third-party licenses, Phreesia is required to provide the Customer with notice of the license terms and attribution to the third party. Third Party Open Source Software. The Software incorporates third-party open source software. All such software must comply with Seeq’s Third Party Open Source License Policy.

We may provide information concerning Third-Party Software provided with the Services upon your written request to the extent we have such information readily available. These Terms do not apply to any Third Party Software to the extent these Terms conflict with such Third-Party Software’s license terms which govern Continental’s use of such Third Party Software. Any Third Party Software provided with the Services is for use solely with the Services. Any use by you on a stand-alone basis of the Third-Party Software provided by Continental as part of the Services is strictly prohibited. User Content Licenses By submitting User Content in connection with the Services, you hereby grant: (1) all other users of the Services an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non- sublicensable and non-transferable license to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works, display in public and publicly perform such User Content in connection with such other users’ use of the Services in accordance with these Terms; and (2) Continental an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, copy, distribute, prepare derivative works, display in public and publicly perform such User Content (including for commercial use of your User Content). In addition, you agree that Continental cannot control third parties’ use of your User Content, and that Continental shall not be responsible for such other users’ use of your User Content.
