Third Party Licenses. To the extent that any Intellectual Property owned by a third party is licensed under Sections 2.01 or 2.02, such Intellectual Property shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of the relevant agreement between the Licensor and such third party pursuant to which such Intellectual Property has been licensed.
