Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL. Shall be covered by the contractor. CONTRACTOR shall at all times indemnify and keep indemnified the OWNER and its officers, servants and agents from and against all third party claims whatsoever (including but not limited to property loss and damage, personal accident, injury or death of or to property or person of any sub-contractor and/or the servants or agents of the CONTRACTOR or any other contractor(s) and any subcontractor and/or of the OWNER), and the CONTRACTOR shall at his own cost and initiative at all times up to the successful conclusion of the defect liability period and maintain insurance policies in respect of all insurable liabilities under this clause, including but not limited to third party insurance and liabilities under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988; Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923; Fatal Accidents Act, 1855; Personal Injuries (Compensation) Insurance Act, 1963, Emergency Risk Insurance Act, and/or other Industrial Legislation from time to time in force in India with insurance Company(is).
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL. The Company undertakes to keep the Insured indemnified for any amount it is obliged to pay, as civilly liable under the law and public regulations, to compensate (including capital, interest and expenses) for damage involuntarily caused to third parties by death, personal injury, and damage to property or animals, as the result of an incident which occurred in relation to the risks covered by the insurance. The cover is also operative for culpable and malicious criminal acts committed by persons whom the Insured is liable for according to the law, without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 1.20 “Waiver of Recourse”. The Company also undertakes to keep the Insured indemnified for the amount it is obliged to pay following a reimbursement made by third parties, possibly called to compensate the injured parties in the first instance.

  • Third Party Liability Insurance covering the legal liability of the Consultant and its employees in connection with this Agreement, towards third parties, for physical injuries and/or property damages which may arise as a result of the performance of this Agreement. The limit of liability thereof shall not be less than 250,000 Euro (€) for any one occurrence and in the aggregate for any annual insurance period. This policy shall be extended to indemnify ISR for its liability due to any act or omission of the Consultant in connection with the services, subject to a “Cross Liability” clause.

  • For the Commercial General Liability Insurance and Business Automobile Liability Insurance required below, the Contractor shall cause to be included in each of its policies ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13) and form CA 20 48 10 13 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage) naming as additional insureds: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. An Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage shall be provided to OGS after renewal and/or upon request. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. For Contractors who are self-insured, Contractor shall be obligated to defend and indemnify the above-named additional insureds with respect to Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile Liability, in the same manner that Contractor would have been required to pursuant to this section had Contractor obtained such insurance policies. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.

  • Umbrella Liability Insurance Liability on a following form basis with a limit $1,000,000 per occurrence in excess of all primary limits.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein. The umbrella coverage shall follow form with the Umbrella limits required as follows: For Contract Amounts Less For Contract Amounts Equal to or Than $5,000,000.00: Greater than $5,000,000: $ 2,000,000 per Occurrence $2,000,000 per Occurrence $ 4,000,000 Aggregate $10,000,000 Aggregate Additional Requirements for Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Product Liability Insurance insurance against claims for bodily injury, death or Property damage resulting from the use of products sold by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in such amounts as are then customarily maintained by responsible persons engaged in businesses similar to that of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Cyber Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate. Coverage shall be sufficiently broad to respond to the duties and obligations as is undertaken by Contractor in this agreement and shall include, but not limited to, claims involving infringement of intellectual property, including but not limited to infringement of copyright, trademark, trade dress, invasion of privacy violations, information theft, damage to or destruction of electronic information, release of private information, alteration of electronic information, extortion and network security. The policy shall provide coverage for breach response costs as well as regulatory fines and penalties as well as credit monitoring expenses with limits sufficient to respond to these obligations. This insurance requirement will be considered met if the general liability insurance includes an affirmative cyber endorsement for the required amounts and coverages.

  • Liability Insurance To the extent the Company maintains an insurance policy or policies providing directors' and officers' liability insurance, Indemnitee shall be covered by such policy or policies, in accordance with its or their terms, to the maximum extent of the coverage available for any Company director or officer.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.

  • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.
