Third Party Disclosure. Each Party agrees that, to the extent it is permitted to disclose Confidential Information to a Third-party or Affiliate (other than a Party), it shall do so pursuant to a written non-disclosure agreement containing terms at least as protective of Confidential Information as those set forth in this Agreement.
