Common use of Third Party Contracts Clause in Contracts

Third Party Contracts. From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

Third Party Contracts. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

Third Party Contracts. From Without the prior written consent of Buyer, from the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees (i) to enter into only those new third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, 5.2 and which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, and without payment of any fee or penaltypenalty and (ii) not to modify any existing Contract. Copies Seller will promptly provide copies of all any such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to PurchaserBuyer.

From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, and except as allowed in Section 5.4, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, except with prior written consent from Purchaser, Seller agrees to cause the Company to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, 5.2 and which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, and without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.

Third Party Contracts. From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to shall not enter into only those any third-party contracts which other than those that are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.25.1, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty. Copies of all such contracts so entered into by Seller shall be promptly provided by Seller to Purchaser.
