Third parties rights. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 shall only apply to this agreement in relation to any Group Company. No person other than the parties to this agreement and any Group Company and the directors of any Group Company shall have any rights under it and it will not be enforceable by any person other than those parties. The consent of any third party shall not be required for the variation or termination of this agreement, even if that variation or termination affects the benefit or benefits conferred on any third party.
