Third Offense. The employee will be terminated. If an alcohol test results in an alcohol concentration of .04 or greater:
Third Offense. The employee shall be suspended pending termination. The Fire Chief may decide not to terminate an employee based on mitigating circumstances. If the Fire Chief chooses not to terminate the employee, the Fire Chief shall follow the second offense procedure in this section.
Third Offense. For the third offense, the employee will be disciplined up to and including dismissal.
