Governing Law of the Standard Contractual Clauses The Standard Contractual Clauses shall be governed by the law of the country in which the relevant Controller is incorporated.

Relation of the Standard Contractual Clauses to the Agreement Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed to prevail over any conflicting clause of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
