THEFT OR LOSS. In case of theft or loss, RENTER is responsible for the replacement value of the equipment during the rental period. In case of abuse, damage or theft by any person, the RENTER will be charged for the repair or replacement of the equipment.

THEFT OR LOSS. Tenant shall be responsible for the protection and security of the Premises and all property therein from robbery, theft, vandalism, pilferage or other loss. Landlord shall not be responsible for lost or stolen personal property, equipment or money occurring within the Premises or the Building, regardless of how or when the loss occurs. Tenant, upon leaving the Premises at the end of any day, shall see that all windows and exit doors from the Premises are closed and locked. Tenant shall furnish Landlord with “after-hours” emergency telephone numbers, for the sole use of Landlord at its sole and absolute discretion. Except for emergency purposes, Landlord will use its best efforts to keep such telephone numbers confidential.
THEFT OR LOSS. If the learning tool(s) is stolen or lost, the Student agrees to immediately report the theft or loss to the nearest Police Station to where the theft/loss occurred and file a police report. The Student shall obtain a police report number, division number, constable’s name and badge number, and submit the information to both Campus Security and the IT Service Desk. Please note that a replacement learning tool(s) will not be issued until all applicable fees have been paid by the Student (subject to the deductible described in section 6 above). After assessing the circumstances, the Institution may, in its sole discretion, elect to discount or waive the Student’s financial responsibility for theft or loss.
THEFT OR LOSS. If the device is lost or stolen on school property, report it immediately to the teacher and school site principal. For theft or loss off-campus, the device should be reported to the local police department. A copy of the police report must be sent to the District within 48 hours of the discovery of the loss.

THEFT OR LOSS. 6.1. In case of theft or loss of the Bicycle, you shall inform us without delay after you have become aware of the theft or loss. Upon our request, you will provide us with a police report for the theft or loss and the keys of the stolen or lost Bicycle.

In the event of the loss or theft of the Bicycle and/or the battery, the Renter will be obliged to report this to Swapfiets within 24 hours, to hand over to Swapfiets the key to the Bicycle, and to report this loss or theft to the police together with an employee of Swapfiets. In that event, the Renter will owe an deductible, which is different for each type of Subscription. The applicable deductible for each type of Subscription is included in Table 2. After the report has been completed, the Renter will receive a replacement Bicycle from Swapfiets. THEFT OR LOSS. 3.6.1.1. In the event of accidental loss or theft of the Laptop, subject to a determination by the College, the Debtor will be billed the Replacement Excess to fund the replacement of the laptop, in lieu of the full Replacement Cost.
