Theft and Damage. Theft of the device or damage to the device must be promptly reported to school personnel within 24 hours of the incident. Theft of the device must be reported to the school and law enforcement. The Student and Student’s Parent/Guardian will assume the full risk of loss of the device due to theft, destruction, or damage caused by intentional misuse, accidental damage, or failure to take reasonable precautions to secure the device.
Theft and Damage. 6.1. The borrower must exercise due care so as to prevent damage to, theft or loss of the goods.
Theft and Damage. Flock agrees to replace the Flock Hardware up to 1 time during the Term, at no cost to Customer, in the event of theft or damage. Subsequent replacement due to damage or theft will be at Customer’s own expense, at a replacement cost of $300 per camera. Customer shall not be required to replace subsequently damaged or stolen units; however, Customer understands and agrees that functionality, including Footage, will be materially affected due to such subsequently damaged or stolen units and that Flock will have no liability to Customer regarding such affected functionality nor shall the Fees owed be impacted.

Teachers shall immediately report cases of theft/damage of their property, physical assault and battery suffered by them in connection with their employment, to their principal or other immediate supervisor, who shall, if deemed appropriate or if so requested by the teachers, promptly notify the police of the incident and file a report on the appropriate DOE form. The report(s) shall be made available to the Association upon request. Priority consideration shall be given in the repair and replacement of equipment and supplies which are damaged or vandalized. Teachers who work after hours shall have access to a telephone for emergency use provided that such access shall preserve the security of school property and shall not require expenditure of additional funds. The Employer shall either reimburse a teacher for the reasonable value, or pay for the actual cost of repair of personal clothing (excluding accessories and footwear), prescription glasses (maximum reimbursement: $80 total or $40 for lens, $40 for frame) and watches (maximum reimbursement: $75) which are maliciously damaged or destroyed by another person while the teacher is acting without negligence and within the scope of their duties and responsibilities and in the course of their employment. The cost of an eye examination shall be reimbursed to a teacher whenever there is no available optical dispenser to accept existing prescriptions without a new examination (maximum reimbursement: $50). The Employer shall review the existing procedures in consultation with the Association.
Theft and Damage. Gardening in a public park comes with some risk. Gardeners should report any theft, vandalism, suspicious behavior or activity in the garden areas to CGP staff immediately. No person is permitted to remove anything from plots not rented by them. The City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department and staff, acting on behalf of the City, are not responsible for any damage to garden spaces, theft of produce or personal belongings in the vicinity of the gardens or elsewhere.

Any loss or damage to a device is NOT the responsibility of Kiama High School or the Department of Education. Kiama High School has lockers available for Hire. Maintenance and support: Students are solely responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their devices. Ergonomics: Students should ensure they are comfortable using their device during the School day particularly in relation to screen size, sturdy keyboard etc.
Theft and Damage. The College is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any student’s personal property from any cause whatsoever. Students are encouraged to carry personal property insurance. REFUNDS OF ROOM CHARGES/COLLEGE PAYMENT POLICY: Any senior who submits a completed Housing Agreement but exercises his/her residence exemption option is subject to the full room charge if the senior off-campus application is not submitted by April 30th for the fall semester or November 1st for the spring semester. Students who wish to live with their parents at a local address or otherwise qualify to apply to live off campus should contact Residential Life and Housing by these dates as well. Students who fail to do this will be responsible for the semester room fee. If a student withdraws or is separated from The Colorado College during the semester, the semester room charge is not prorated and is not refundable.
