Theatre Technician. The theatre technician is expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings up to the established hours within the following parameters:  Overtime will be paid after ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week.  The overtime rate will be one and a half (1.5) times the hourly rate for the first three (3) hours and two (2) times the hourly rate thereafter. The average number of hours has been established at twenty (20) hours per week, however, the actual hours may fluctuate depending on the need at the theatre.

Theatre Technician. An Employee at this level:  is capable of functioning semi autonomously, and prioritising their own work within established policies, guidelines and procedures;  is responsible for work performed with a substantial level of accountability;  works either individually or in a team;  may require basic computer knowledge or be required to use a computer on a regular basis;  possesses administrative skills and problem solving abilities;  possesses well developed communication, interpersonal and/or arithmetic skills; and  requires substantial on-the-job training and may require formal qualifications at trade or certificate level and/or relevant skills training or experience. Theatre Technician. 6.6.6.2(a) Due to regular weekend and evening work, together with out of hours contact responsibilities, the Theatre Technician will attract a 15% loading on annual gross income.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Technology Upgrades Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Verizon shall have the right to deploy, upgrade, migrate and maintain its network at its discretion. The Parties acknowledge that Verizon, at its election, may deploy fiber throughout its network and that such fiber deployment may inhibit or facilitate CBB’s ability to provide service using certain technologies. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit Verizon's ability to modify its network through the incorporation of new equipment or software or otherwise. CBB shall be solely responsible for the cost and activities associated with accommodating such changes in its own network.

  • Contractor's care of the Works The Contractor shall bear full risk in, and take full responsibility for, the care of the Works, and of the Materials, goods and equipment for incorporation therein, from the Appointed Date until the date of Completion Certificate, save and except to the extent that any such loss or damage shall have arisen from any wilful default or gross neglect of the Authority.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.

  • WORK CLOTHING 1. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past. The State shall be responsible for continuing to provide laundering of work clothing where such service is being provided as of the effective date of this Agreement.
