The Way We Work. Te Whatu Ora and the PSA have developed a way of working together constructively, having built an open and positive relationship. This includes a shared focus to progress the common interests of the two organisations in having a safe, skilled, and supported workforce. Our aim, in line with the Te Xxxxx x Xxxxx, is to support respectful relationships between those working in the health sector and strengthen commitment across the system to achieving equity of outcomes, including providing culturally responsive services. Ultimately, we believe that supporting teams to deliver quality care in a respectful and culturally safe way will improve health outcomes for all of Aotearoa. Te Whatu Xxx and the PSA will always work together in good faith to promote productive employment relationships in collective bargaining and in other dealings with each other. Working in good faith creates a climate of respect, openness, mutual trust, and free and xxxxx communication. Principles supporting our relationship are: • An undertaking to always engage with each other in good faith. • Respecting the independence of the respective organisations including recognition of each other's specific responsibilities and accountabilities • Raising issues with each other at the earliest possible stage to allow opportunities for a problem-solving approach. • Using a problem-solving approach in addressing issues aiming to build a view that is generally acceptable and reflects any differing interests. • Maintaining open and regular communication to keep each other informed, and sharing information ensuring there are no surprises.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Day Work (a) The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and the normal work day shall be seven and one-half (7½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

  • Site Work An expansion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Boonville Station is required to accommodate the CTOIFs. The southern corner of the fence line will be expanded out by approximately 3,200 square feet. The Connecting Transmission Owner already owns the property required for the expansion. Approximately 120 feet of the existing fencing will need to be removed and approximately 150 feet of new fencing added.

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.

  • Dirty Work Where an employee and their supervisor agree that work (other than ship repair work) is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 43 cents per hour extra. Where an employee and their supervisor agree that certain ship repair work is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 58 cents per hour extra.

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Contract Work The provision of goods and services identified in the Contract constitute the contract work (Contract Work). Contractor shall perform the Contract Work pursuant to the terms of the Contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, appliances, and appurtenances for the Contract Work in strict conformity with this Contract, within the time-period prescribed by the City.

  • Project Work PURCHASER shall complete the following projects in accordance with the specifications provided in Exhibits B, C, D, E, and F and written instructions from STATE. Project locations are shown on Exhibit A unless otherwise described. PURCHASER shall furnish all material unless otherwise specified.

  • Time Worked For purposes of computing the eight (8) hour day or the forty (40) hour week to determine entitlement to overtime pay, all sick leave, vacation leave, and holidays shall count as time worked to be added to other hours worked.
